Shipping and Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All promotional items are final sale, no refunds/exchanges.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.  You are responsible for the return shipment or drop off. If exchanging, we will cover the shipping fee for the replacement item to get to you one time only.

All products must be in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or clearly used.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow us 5-7 business days after receiving the package to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. 

WANT TO AVOID SHIPPING?

If you are local to the GTA, you can pick up in Oakville, ON.  We also arrange deliveries to regattas or training camps when we can.  To request either one, please contact us, and if we can make it work we will give you a discount code to remove the shipping fee at checkout. 

NEED SOMETHING FASTER?

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

No, we operate within Canada only.  Please contact your local Nelo dealer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Let us know right away! If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once the order has left, we have no ability to change the address. If the package is lost in the vortex of the postal system there will most likely be a delay and fingers crossed the package makes it to you. We will only offer a customer a refund once the order has been physically returned to us.
