Having an issue with your boat? We are always here to help with any problem, big or small. Start by contacting us with a description of the issue, photos or videos of the concern, as well as the boat ID number which can be found on the interior of the boat (OC1s excluded.)
We will get back to you about the best course of action, as each case is handled individually.
If the issue falls under warranty, we will contact Nelo Kayaks on your behalf and be your representative with them. Please read Nelo Kayak's warranty for more information, as well as our Terms and Conditions.
