The 57 is a whole new concept that would be “between” the 54 and 61 (between the 540 and 550 of the old range.)
It surfs and maneuvers as a shorter ski but it still has a great performance in flat as well.
The 57 fills in the gap for those looking for a competitive ski that still allows for a solid level of stability.
